Avene Akerat Smoothing Exfoliating Cream smoothes and retexturizes extremely dry and rough skin with a synergistic formulation of therapeutic Avène thermal spring water, urea, salicylic acid and lactic acid. This gently moisturizing cream turns unsightly patches of problem skin into uniform, elegant areas. Akerat is perfect for use on knees, palms, heels and other commonly dry spots, including areas suffering from psoriasis.

Directions:
Apply to the affected area once or twice daily. DO not apply to wounds, irritated or broken skin. Not for use on children under age 3.
