Value Quality Price I have my acne clients spray the LinQ Gentle Balance Skin Toner onto a cotton pad and use it to enhance the cleansing process. Often times people don't spend enough time cleansing, so this ensures they remove dirt, make-up, excess oil and sweat from their skin. You can use this on any body part that break's out.
